Q: What size should I purchase?

 

A: All sizing and fit information can be found within the designated style’s description. An indication on what size a particular model is wearing is also stated here.

 

Q: Do all styles ship immediately?

 

A: All styles will ship via USPS priority mail which takes approximately 3 days after original processing. Original processing is 1-2 days after an order has been successfully placed.

 

Q: Where do you ship?

 

A: We ship worldwide! Please select USPS priority mail at checkout.

 

 

Q: How do I see my order status?

           

A: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. In addition to this, once your order has shipped an additional shipping confirmation email will be sent to the same email that was used during processing.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

 

A: Once your order ships, an additional email confirmation will be sent to you containing your tracking information. If no tracking information has been sent to you, then please be aware that your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your shipment details to update via USPS.

 

Q: I received a wrong or damaged item. How can this be resolved?

 

A: If you received a damaged or wrong item, we first want to sincerely apologize for this rare occurrence on our end. We can assure you that this matter will not be taken lightly and is of extreme priority. We are happy to resolve this matter and ask that you please email photos of the damages or wrong items to Info@thebodysuitgoddess.com. The Bodysuit Goddess by A. Harris must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for returns.

 

Q: What if my order has not been delivered?

 

A: As a customer, you are our priority. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

 

 

 

Q: I’ve just placed my order; can I cancel or change it?

 

A: We understand that changes can happen. However, all orders are final sale and we do not offer refunds. For any additional support or questions please contact customer support at Info@thebodysuitgoddess.com

 

Q: How can I exchange my order or receive store credit?

 

A: Please see our “returns” policy for additional information. All sales are eligible for store credit only if they meet the criteria outlined within our returns policy.
